We offer three different types of Oktoberfest Packages that will create a memory that will last a lifetime.
All of our Oktoberfest packages include:
- Tent Reservation
- Oktoberfest information guide
- Onsite German and English speaking contact
- Pick up in Munich or guided host service to your table
- Itinerary, Help Desk, and Festival Map
- Festival gift and curated Oktoberfest playlist
- Two large beers and a traditional food plate, or the equivalent value in vouchers/euros per person, or VIP 3-course menu and or consumption credit. Review the reservation package description for the included food and beverages in the package.

Oktoberfest “Big Tent” Packages by Date/Session:
With a “Big Tent” package, you choose a “lunch” or “evening” session on a certain date, and we’ll guarantee reserved seats at our choice of one of the big 14 beer tents based on availability. Designed for the cost conscious traveler who doesn’t have a need for a specific tent during their visit, this reservation comes at a discounted rate. Choose a date you would like reservations and look for available “Big Tent” packages at the top of the Lunch and Evening sessions.
Oktoberfest Packages by Beer Tent:
These packages reflect current availability for specific tents on specific days and sessions. If you are flexible on your reservation date you can go to the Available Beer Tent page and select the desired tent. Current availability for your desired tent will be listed in the right column. If your date is fixed you can Choose a date to see if your desired tent it available, or Build a Custom Package.
Oktoberfest VIP Packages:
These packages reflect current availability for specific tents on specific days and sessions. They include an enhanced food and beverages option, such as a 3 course menu and or consumption credit for the table. Table location will be specified in one of the premium areas of the tent. Complete details will be in the package description. Available as a complete table for 8 or more people only. Choose a date to see available tents with VIP options, or Build a Custom Package.

Beer Tent Table Locations:
Oktoberfest packages will include a table location anywhere within the tent or will specify a location. This generic Beer Hall map gives you a general idea of table locations within the beer tents. Note that each tent is a little different. The Floor area is located on the first floor in the middle with Box areas either in the middle or along the sides. The band can be located in the center of the Floor or along one side. The Gallery or Balcony area is located on the second level and overlooks the Floor. Table location will be defined in the package description when available.
